Florencia Gentinetta Baldwin, BCBA

Owner

With more than 20 years of experience serving communities across the region, Florencia brings a multidisciplinary background in social work, applied behavior analysis, and educational consultation. Her work has focused on improving access to high-quality behavioral services in rural and underserved communities, with an emphasis on practical, evidence-based solutions that support meaningful, lasting change.

Florencia began her career in child welfare services in Tuolumne County, where she saw firsthand the challenges families faced when specialized behavioral supports were limited or unavailable. This experience shaped her professional focus and led her to pursue a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She later helped establish the first home-based ABA provider in Tuolumne County, expanding access to services for children and families in the region.

Over the course of her career, Florencia has worked extensively in both home and school settings, collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support children with complex behavioral and developmental needs. Her work has included developing behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing consultation and training to school teams.

Florencia has also contributed to the growth of the behavioral workforce in the region. She has partnered with the local community college to support internship opportunities and has provided supervision and mentorship to numerous Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

She founded FGB Behavioral Consulting, LLC to bring together her experience across systems and provide collaborative, effective behavioral consultation for schools, service providers, and families.

Outside of her professional work, Florencia enjoys spending time outdoors exploring trails, lakes, and new places. Growing up between the Sierra Foothills and Argentina fostered a deep appreciation for different cultures, communities, and perspectives—an outlook that continues to inform both her personal life and professional practice.
